Refund and Returns Baby Home Zone
Introduction: At Baby Home Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@babyhomezone.co.za to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at sales@babyhomezone.co.za.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
